Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Ice Cream
A nostalgic, bariatric-friendly Ninja Creami recipe with creamy peanut butter flavor, sweet strawberry jelly swirls, and optional graham cracker crunch. There are plenty of peanut butter ice creams out there, but peanut butter and jelly ice cream? That feels a little more special. This high-protein Ninja Creami flavor tastes like childhood in a pint — creamy peanut butter, sweet strawberry preserves, and just enough nostalgia to make it feel like a frozen PB&J sandwich. Even better, the whole pint comes in at about 170 calories and 21 grams of protein.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
This Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Ice Cream is:
Bariatric-friendly
High in protein
Very low calorie for an entire Creami pint
Easy to customize
Sweet, creamy, and nostalgic
A fun alternative to plain peanut butter ice cream
The powdered peanut butter gives you that classic peanut butter flavor without the heavier calories of regular peanut butter, while the sugar-free strawberry preserves add real “jelly” flavor and little fruity ribbons throughout the ice cream.
Ingredients
Use your standard vanilla Ninja Creami base, then add:
2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
2 tablespoons sugar-free strawberry preserves
Optional: 1/2 to 1 graham cracker sheet, broken into small pieces
Instructions
Prepare your standard vanilla base as usual.
Add 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter to the base and blend or mix well until fully combined.
Freeze according to your normal Ninja Creami process.
Spin the frozen pint on Lite Ice Cream or your preferred setting.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar-free strawberry preserves.
Use the Mix-In setting, or gently stir the preserves in by hand if you want more visible jelly ribbons.
Optional: Add small graham cracker pieces after the first spin or during the mix-in step for extra texture.
Enjoy immediately for the creamiest texture.
Optional Graham Cracker Variation
For even more childhood nostalgia, add a few little graham cracker pieces as a mix-in.
This gives the ice cream a fun “PB&J cracker snack” feeling and adds a little texture without overwhelming the flavor. I would keep the amount small — about 1/2 to 1 graham cracker sheet — so it still tastes like peanut butter and jelly ice cream instead of turning into a pie-flavored dessert.

Jackie’s Notes
This might be one of my favorite Ninja Creami flavors so far. Peanut butter ice cream is already good, but adding the strawberry preserves makes it feel more complete — like a frozen version of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
The graham cracker pieces are optional, but they add a really fun texture and remind me of the peanut butter and jelly cracker snacks from childhood.
